Talk about confusion!  The television, radio and newspapers all have daily news about our economy and the foreclosure mess.  While it's bad for those American's who have gotten themselves into a position to lose their home (some by no fault of their own), it's a good thing for anyone looking to buy a home right now.  But the big question I hear all the time is, "what's the difference between them"?

Quoting a Canadian client of mine verbatim, buying a home in Arizona right now is a "no-brainer".  There are literally thousands of homes for sale currently that only 3 years ago were approximately 40 - 50% higher priced.  Talk about the Canadian dollar going far!  If you're a Canadian moving to Arizona or investing in the housing market, there couldn't be a better time.

In the day and age of so much competition in the market place, a referral goes a really long way.  I am sincerely flattered and thankful when they come my way.  I know when I make a referral for a service to a client of mine, that person or company better make me look good.  It sounds funny to say that, but someone I refer is a reflection of me.
