| Canadians Buying Homes in Arizona |

Quoting a Canadian client of mine verbatim, buying a home in Arizona right now is a "no-brainer". There are literally thousands of homes for sale currently that only 3 years ago were approximately 40 - 50% higher priced. Talk about the Canadian dollar going far! If you're a Canadian moving to Arizona or investing in the housing market, there couldn't be a better time.
You may be looking for a condo, a bungalow or an exclusive retreat. It doesn't matter. There are great deals on all of them. It's a real "buyer's market" out there. Holding on to real estate for several years may be your best bet right now, so plan on enjoying it or renting it out until the market turns around and becomes a "seller's market". You know, buy low, sell high!
I've been specializing in working with the needs of Canadians since my first real estate job in 1995. It's awfully cold in Canada during the winter, and even spring months. A chilly winter day for us is 60F. and donning a sweatshirt (but you can still wear your flip flops year-round!). I'm sure I don't have to go on and on about that. You get the point. It's a beautiful place to come and relax. It's easy to get here. You will have a smile on your face from the time you land to the time you leave!
